1. Shipping Destinations
We deliver to over 25 pin codes across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- Serviceability: You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your pin code on the product page.
- Remote Areas: Currenty We do not deliver to remote areas.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders in mumbai
- Fixed Fee: Currantly we do not charge any fixed shipping fee.
- COD Charges: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, No extra charges applicable
3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [24–48] hours of placement (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metros: [2–4] business days.
- Rest of India: [4–7] business days.
- Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather, or festive peaks.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing the Tracking ID and the link to our courier partner’s website (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, or Ecom Express).
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for orders up to Rs.5000/-.
- Please ensure the exact change is ready at the time of delivery, as our logistics partners may not carry card machines.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- Inspection: Please do not accept the package if the outer seal is broken or tampered with.
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged product, you must report it to our customer support within [24–48] hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.
- Unboxing Video: You need do filming an unboxing video to facilitate quick resolution for missing or damaged items.
7. Undelivered Packages
If our courier partner is unable to deliver after 1 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A refund will be processed for prepaid orders (minus shipping costs), or we can re-attempt delivery upon request and additional payment.
