Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Window
We offer a 7 day only replacement (No Return) Policy for Computer hardware. To prevent fraud, electronics must be returned in “as-shipped” condition with the original seal and packaging to get replacement.

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Damaged Goods

  • DOA Policy: If your computer or component fails to power on upon first use, report it within 24–48 hours.
  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory): Due to the high value of electronics, we require an uncut unboxing video to process claims for physical damage or missing internal components (like RAM or GPUs).
  • Verification: Our technicians will verify the serial number against our records before processing a replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software & Licenses: Digital keys, antivirus, and opened software boxes.
  • Physical Damage: Items with burnt circuits, bent pins (CPUs/Motherboards), or liquid damage.

4. Warranty Claims

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Most items (Laptops, Monitors, GPUs) carry a Brand Warranty. For issues occurring after the initial 7-day replacement window, please contact the brand’s authorized service center (e.g., Dell, HP, ASUS, Logitech).
  • Invoice: Your GST-compliant invoice acts as your warranty card.

5. Refund Process in Exceptional Case

  • Testing Period: Once the returned unit reaches our facility, it undergoes a technical inspection (24-48 hours).
  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay or Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% may apply if the product is returned in exceptional case

6. Shipping Costs

  • For defective/wrong items, we bear the return shipping cost.
  • If Product found perfectly working in replacement process, the customer must pay the return logistics fee.
